Invariably, prospective Clients always ask me this question prior to signing up with our companies for leasing and property management services.
When I tell them how long, they nod their head and we move along to the task at hand.
What they should really be asking instead of the length of time I’ve been in the business is the deal flow that I’ve engaged in the length of time.
That’s what defines Experience.
